| Why My Family Loves Corvette |
25 Jul |
My wife and 2 boys are ecstatic: We are buying a new Chevrolet Corvette!
My family had their first experience with the Corvette when we visited my grandfather in Wisconsin in 2000. Grandpa owns a 1958 Chevrolet Corvette which, until now, he still keeps like a baby.Grandpa’s gray-colored Corvette was a convertible and the kids found it so much fun traveling the countryside and feeling the gentle grass-smelling breeze touch their faces
This year, we have resolved to buying the 2008 Corvette convertible. I know it’s kind of expensive. At $55,000, it’s a big chunk off our savings. In addition, I intend to have it customized. My family has been brainstorming on the perfect body paint. Being a car enthusiast and outdoorsy person, I know that I and my family will be traveling distances a lot of times. I am thinking of getting TSW wheels in addition to the reliable Corvette wheels. I will also install custom rims for additional reliability.
Our love for the Corvette spans generations. And it is not surprising. This car, which first came out in 1953, has never failed in its beauty and power. For sure, more and more people will continue to love this in the coming years!
